Product Description
This extra deep 6060 whirlpool bathtub, is a very roomy, open shape two person tub with eight adjustable jets. All of the jets are recessed and a convenient seat compliments this bath. All back and neck jets are recessed in all whirlpool, combination and air baths. A free pulsating jet, interchangeable with any jet in the tub, is provided with each bath and can be changed out in a matter of seconds and delivers a rotating – pulsating massage action usually only found in hot tubs and spas. The baths acrylic shell and 3HP pump carry LIFETIME warranties and all water lines are of Rigid PVC pipe. Watertech’s optional Fill and Drain faucet is extremely popular on all our baths and only available from Watertech. WaterTech is dedicated to serving you with reliability and integrity. Domestic Shipping
Homvenue offers Free Curbside Delivery on all orders delivered within Canada. Your order will ship out within 1-2 days. This offer currently only applies to Canadian residents. The Northwest Territories, Nunavut, The Yukon, and The Maritime Provinces do not qualify for free shipping at this time. For shipping inquiries to The Canadian Territories or The Maritime Provinces, please contact our support team at Support@homvenue.com. We ship our products using curbside delivery. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk, or in the home and package material removal or unpacking is not provided but is at the discretion of the driver. If you purchase an item that needs installation, we will send you an email with all installation information 24 hours after you place your order.
Order Processing
As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. Tracking information will be sent from us within 24 hours of your order leaving the distribution center to the e-mail address provided to us during check out. If your tracking information had not been received within five days of your order, please follow us with us at Support@homvenue.com

It is very important to inspect the goods before signing the delivery receipt from the courier. This is important because if the goods are damaged, you must note this with the courier so a freight claim can be filed, and we can arrange for either a repair or return of the damaged goods to receive a new piece or a full refund if you prefer. All damage claims should be made right away, but you have up to 48 hours to do so.
If you do suspect the goods are damaged due to the outer carton appearing damaged, please note “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This will protect your insurance claim if the product is damaged and a freight insurance claim needs to be filed.

Note that you will have to pay the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee of up to 25% for items returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage.
Conditions:
The item needs to be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition as received.
Refunds will be made within 5-10 business days of arrival to our warehouse once the return has met these conditions. We retain the right to refuse any returns outside of these conditions.
* Damaged items should not be accepted upon delivery.
* After signing for and accepting your item, you are responsible for all damage claims.
* You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if your product is damaged or does not meet your needs.
* In the event of a return, you must contact customer service at 844-324-2208 or by email at Support@homvenue.com to receive a return authorization (RA) number. We will not accept any returns without a RA.

* Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items (except products Defect / Damage).

* If the merchandise has been installed, we will not be able to file a claim or provide a replacement.
* Customers must return the merchandise using the same shipping methods as was originally shipped. All returned merchandise must be insured when in route to any of our warehouses. If the merchandise arrives damaged, the customer will be liable for the merchandise and may not be eligible for a refund.
