Clever by nature, the Scandinavian-designed stove in this wood-burning hot tub creates a vacuum effect causing the water to circulate naturally. In addition, the air between the liner and wood cladding is superheated to decrease the heat-up time by 70% compared to traditional wood-burning hot tubs. The stove is cleverly integrated to pull in all the cold water through a lower channel, heat it and redistribute it through a second, upper channel to achieve an even temperature.

Homvenue offers Free Curbside Delivery on all orders delivered within Canada. Your order will ship out within 1-2 days. This offer currently only applies to Canadian residents. The Northwest Territories, Nunavut, The Yukon, and The Maritime Provinces do not qualify for free shipping at this time. For shipping inquiries to The Canadian Territories or The Maritime Provinces, please contact our support team at Support@homvenue.com. We ship our products using curbside delivery. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk, or in the home and package material removal or unpacking is not provided but is at the discretion of the driver. If you purchase an item that needs installation, we will send you an email with all installation information 24 hours after you place your order.
Order Processing
As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. Tracking information will be sent from us within 24 hours of your order leaving the distribution center to the e-mail address provided to us during check out. This is important because if the goods are damaged, you must note this with the courier so a freight claim can be filed, and we can arrange for either a repair or return of the damaged goods to receive a new piece or a full refund if you prefer. If you do suspect the goods are damaged due to the outer carton appearing damaged, please note “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This will protect your insurance claim if the product is damaged and a freight insurance claim needs to be filed.
