Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

 

Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2 days. 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Homvenue offers Free Curbside Delivery on all orders delivered within Canada. Your order will ship out within 1-2 days. This offer currently only applies to Canadian residents. The Northwest Territories, Nunavut, The Yukon, and The Maritime Provinces do not qualify for free shipping at this time. For shipping inquiries to The Canadian Territories or The Maritime Provinces, please contact our support team at Support@homvenue.com.( We respond within 24 Hours ) 

 

Generally, smaller items can be shipped via parcel services like UPS & FedEx, and more oversized items may need scheduled delivery through freight services. For truck freight shipments, delivery usually takes between 5 and 10 business days from when your order leaves the warehouse. When your shipment arrives at a nearby terminal, you will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, so make sure to respond to any phone calls & emails from them.

Other shipping option

 

If you choose another shipping option than our Standard Shipping and our Insured Expedited Shipping , the company offering the service will be located in your region , and may not respect our delivery estimate date .

 

To fulfill orders as expeditiously as possible, items may be sent not accordingly even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

 

 

Delivery Method 

 

 

 

Please Note that we will ship your items using curbside delivery . The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on the driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package material removal or unpacking is not provided but is at the discretion of the driver. This is a large, heavy item, so arrange to have additional people help you. If you purchased an item that needs installation, we would send you an email with all installation information 24 hours after you place your order.

 

 

Product Quality Guarantee:

It is very important to inspect goods before signing the delivery receipt from the courier. This is important because if the goods are damaged and you must note this with the courier so a freight claim can be filed and we can arrange for either a repair or return of the damaged goods. All damage claims should be reported immediately.

 

If you do suspect the goods are damaged due to the outer carton appearing damaged, please note “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This will protect your insurance claim if the product is damaged and a freight insurance claim needs to be filed.

 

Installation 

 

We don't provide installation for the products purchased from us. To know if professional installation is needed for the product purchased, before placing an order, please check the product page or contact us at 844-324-2208 or by email at Support@homvenue.com.( We respond within 24 Hours )
