Returns Policy

 

Homvenue provides products & service that are subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop on Homvenue, PRIVACY POLICY, RETURNS POLICY and all other disclaimers and terms that appear elsewhere on Homvenue. Please read them carefully.

 

 

Damages

 

All of our shipments are 100% insured. Though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Check for both internal and external damage before accepting delivery. If you notice damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading.

 

DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED ON THE DRIVER’S BILL OF LOADING TO BE ENSURED THAT YOUR CLAIM WILL BE ACCEPTED

AFTER SIGNING FOR AND ACCEPTING YOUR ITEM, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS

  

Notifying Customer Service of damage/shortage

You must notify us within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of any shipping damages for us to send a Return Authorization number (RA) at 844-324-2208 or by email at Support@homvenue.com . Homvenue will replace the item free of charge, or you may elect to have a store credit.

 

 Please take pictures of the item and the packaging it came in and email this information along with a detailed description of the issue to Support@Homvenue.com. Provide your order number in the subject field of the email. You can also contact our Customer Service department by phone for instructions on how to file a claim at 844-324-2208 . 

 

 

Reasons:  I Don't like the color or this is not a good fit ?

If you refuse an order shipped by a common freight carrier for any other reason than damage, defect, or the wrong item being shipped.You will have to pay the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee of up to 25% for items returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 60 days following the date you received your shipment. (Note that for New Year Holiday we offer to return your items under 65 days).

 

Returns

 

You will have to pay the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee of up to 25% for items returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage.

 

Conditions: 

The item needs to be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition as received.

Refunds will be made within 5-10 business days of arrival to our warehouse once the return has met these conditions. We retain the right to refuse any returns outside of these conditions.

 

 * Damaged items should not be accepted upon delivery.

 

 * After signing for and accepting your item, you are responsible for all damage claims.

 

 * You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if your product is damaged or does not meet your needs.

 

 * In the event of a return, you must contact customer service at 844-324-2208 or by email at Support@homvenue.com  to receive a return authorization (RA) number. We will not accept any returns without a RA.

 

 *You will have to pay the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee of up to 25%.(except for products Defect / Damage).

 

 * Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items (except products Defect / Damage).

 

 * Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition as received(except products Defect / Damage).

 

 * If the merchandise has been installed, we will not be able to file a claim or provide a replacement.

 

 * Customers must return the merchandise using the same shipping methods as was originally shipped. All returned merchandise must be insured when in route to any of our warehouses. If the merchandise arrives damaged, the customer will be liable for the merchandise and may not be eligible for a full refund. 

    

 

Defects  

 If the product has been installed and is in defective conditions, it falls under the manufacturer warranty. Please contact us for parts or exchanges.

 

 

Product Display/Colors

 Homvenue attempts to display accurate product images. However, alternate images are sometimes displayed when the correct images are not available. You must carefully read the product specifications to verify your purchase and not rely solely on the images. We cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends upon the monitor you are using. Homvenue does not take responsibility for the quality of the images before making a purchase on our website Homvenue.ca.
